Regardless of the fact that Johnny was trained as a chef, his food writing is about what he cooks and eats at home. At times, it’s fairly simple. At others, there’s usually some prep involved, especially with one of his many stocks – although they’re usually very straight forward. His dishes aren’t about the quickest way of cooking something. Rather, it’s about getting the most out of individual ingredients that, as a whole, will give you a wonderfully balanced and delicious meal. And, with over 200 recipes developed, he is guessing he is going to be busy on here!

I discovered Johnny’s blog very recently, and it was love at first sight/site! Not only is he a pro at what he is talking about… his delightful personality comes across through his writing and interacting with other bloggers. Kudos to this young man who brought ‘Joy’ to the ‘joy of blogging’!

Snigdha is based out of Mumbai in India. She loves to talk, eat, cook, read, write, make crafty’ things, hang out with friends, bake, but the thing that really keeps her going is “traveling”! Her travel philosophy is – Always travel budget (and it’s pretty comfortable and not at all an inconvenience) as she believes that there is no place that cannot be visited because it’s too expensive. Additionally, traveling on budget also means that by utilizing the same amount of money you can travel to many more places!

1. I love watching TV travelogue programs; I don’t mind watching them repeatedly or about places I have already visited.

2. I have never visited intriguing India, and have a strong desire to do so. My plan is to visit in May 2014. The wishlist highlights of my visit of course would be the Taj Mahal and the Baha’i Lotus Temple.

3. So far, by far, my number one fascinating travel destination… China!

4. My very first vacation trip destination abroad was to the enchanting city, Rothenburg ob der Tauber!

5. The most passionate city I visited… Buenos Aires!

6. The most romantic destination I’ve visited… Paris!

7. My (and my husband’s) most favored destination… Japan!!!
