I so miss Prague!! I am so excited to try this goulash recipe! Thanks for posting all the photos — so fun to see and brings back so many memories!
I might have to try to make the dumplings. Bread can be so tricky!
Hi Fudging Ahead, Yes it is tricky for a novice when it come to making these dumplings. This is a recipe of the best I have made. I am still working on adjusting the yeast amount. Use of semolina (vs. flour) is crucial and ratio should be more than 50%. Some recipes call for baking powder… uhhh, I’m (really) not sure. Please let me know your experience… in making this recipe into a hit (never miss)! Sometimes, it takes a village of cooks!

hehe–you sound like you already have it pretty much figured out! I am good at ratios for some baking stuff, but still learning.
